Returns should be initiated through the Online Returns Center or by contacting us by email at email@example.com to receive a return authorisation. Certain items sold on Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
1. Requirements for a Full Refund on Physical Goods
• Items must be in new and unused condition
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
• The cost of returning cancelled goods is borne by the consumer not Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD
Once products have been paid for in full, and where these goods are not digitally delivered, you have the right to a refund up to 14 days after the receipt of the goods.
Refund Payments for Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD products will be processed within fourteen business days (14), following receipt by Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD of your cancelled order. All costs regarding cancelled and returned goods are borne by you.
To cancel a purchase order, you must email notice to firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD, , Opalska str. 46-48, fl. 7 | Sofia 1303 | Bulgaria with the product, not later than fourteen (14) days following the date of receipt of purchase.
You must ensure that you return your products, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags and labels within 14 working days of receipt. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them.
It is your responsibility to ensure they are adequately repackaged for return. All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may be unable to issue a refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after this fourteen (14) day period.
2. Digital Goods
The digital nature of the majority of our products and services make any possibility for the return of goods and therefore a refund other than as set out above commercially impractical. As a result you understand that goods and services that are digitally or electronically delivered or in a downloadable format, cannot be returned and as a result, are not refundable.
You understand and agree that, except as provided above, payments for Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD products during the course of the Agreement and following termination are non-refundable.
3. Refunds may only be made to the original details provided by you for the purchase.
When a refund is accepted by Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD, we will only return payment made to the same credit card or bank account details as provided for your purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may charge you for such refund. We suggest you contact your bank or card provider for further information.
4. Vendor’s Returns Policy
Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD is a marketplace for third party vendors in addition to Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD bespoke products. When you order from a third party vendor, your return must go to the vendor where you completed the Transaction instead of Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD. While most vendors offer a returns policy equivalent to Sarlbore Enterprises EOOD, some vendor’s returns policies may vary. Some vendors may not accept returns for certain specific products. Please check their Terms and Conditions prior to purchase.
